The Acrylic Resin Reactor or stainless steel reactor is a new type of chemical engineering equipment we manufacture on the basis of our constantly introducing advanced technology and applying it into improving our products. The stainless steel reactor (electric, steam, heat-transfer oil heating) consists of autoclave body, cover, jacket, agitator, shaft seals,bearing and driving device. The inner cylinder, cover and other parts contacting with chemical materials are made by acid-resistant 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate to ensure durability.
Application: It is widely applied for producing pharmaceuticals, construction materials, chemicals, foodstuffs, pigments and resin products.

The pan and lid are sealed by flange.
The lower part of the pot has a feeding hole, and there is a blender in the pot. The boiler cover has process tube holes such as feed, stirring, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, Steam extraction fractional, and safe emptying.
The upper part of the lid is fitted with a speed reducer and an electric motor. The drive shaft drives the pot mixer, and the shaft seal device is on the top of the lid.
